Size XSmall measures 26” with a 1 3/4” inseam.
Size Small measures 27” with a 1 3/4” inseam.
Size Medium measures 28” with a 1 3/4” inseam.
Size Large measures 31” with a 1 3/4” inseam.

Shell: 57% Polyester, 40% Rayon, 3% Spandex.
